cs8 Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

To use cs8, you must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law governing online entertainment and gaming activities. You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use. Persons who are prohibited by applicable law from participating in online gaming activities are not permitted to register or play. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. cs8 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time to verify compliance with this requirement. Accounts found to belong to ineligible individuals will be suspended and any associated balances handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

2. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the cs8 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and for keeping your account details current. Your login credentials are personal and confidential — you must not share them with any third party. cs8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You agree to notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. All account activity conducted through your login credentials will be treated as having been performed by you.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use cs8 solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, or match manipulation

cs8 employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited behaviour. Any confirmed violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law. We reserve the right to investigate all activity on the platform and to take appropriate action at our sole discretion.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free credits, and promotional offers made available on cs8 are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer on our Bonus and Latest Promotions pages. Wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game eligibility, and expiry dates are stated per promotion and must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play and may not be claimed in a manner designed solely to extract value without authentic engagement with the platform. cs8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable. Attempting to abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other irregular patterns — will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

5. Payments & Withdrawals

All transactions on cs8 are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment provider, and cs8 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must satisfy any applicable wagering requirements before they are processed. cs8 reserves the right to apply reasonable processing times and to request supporting documentation to comply with anti-money laundering obligations under Philippine law. The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits applicable to your account are displayed within the account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

cs8 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cs8 and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms shall limit cs8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. We strongly recommend that all players exercise personal responsibility and make use of the responsible gaming tools available on our platform. The total aggregate liability of cs8 to any individual player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty days preceding the relevant claim.

7. Account Termination

You may close your cs8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance after deducting outstanding bonus obligations will be refunded via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. cs8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice where the breach is serious or where delay could cause harm to other players or the platform. In cases of account suspension under investigation, funds may be temporarily withheld pending the outcome of the review. Players who have self-excluded through our Responsible Gaming tools will have their accounts restricted for the duration of the self-exclusion period, and requests to reactivate accounts before that period expires will not be entertained. Account closure does not extinguish any obligations that have already arisen under these Terms.
